Mining Industry Human Resources Council (MiHR): an independent, non-profit organization that leads collaboration among mining and exploration companies, organized labour, contractors, educational institutions, industry associations and Indigenous groups to identify and address the human resource and labour market challenges facing the Canadian minerals and metals sector.
Gender Equity in Mining Works: Helps companies create a mining and minerals industry where women and men have the best opportunities for making great contributions and having rewarding careers.
Women in Mining (Canada): Fosters, promotes and empowers women in mining. Their mission is to empower, educate and elevate all women in the mining industry and affiliated industries.
DAWN – Diversity at Work Nipissing: is a client driven employment related program that strives to meet the needs of newcomers to Canada while assisting the local economy grow by become more inclusive and diverse. Cementation has been designated as a culturally diverse employer through this program.
Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion: An inclusive business network that provides research, learning and advisory services for workplace diversity and inclusion in Canada.
Pride Connection Chile: Seeks to promote inclusive workspaces for sexual diversity and generate ties to attract LGBTQ2S+ talent to its various member organizations.
Ensemble – The Mining Diversity Network: is a free, online social network of professionals interested in supporting and driving diversity and inclusion in Canada’s mining industry. It includes members from immigrant-serving organizations, Canadian mining companies, educators, Indigenous communities, and women’s and diversity organizations.
Mining Professional Immigrant Network (M-PIN): The Mining Professional Immigrant Network (M-PIN) is a free network that helps Ontario mining employers connect in person and online to collaborate with like-minded experts as well as internationally trained professionals in search of meaningful employment.
WIM USA: Women in Mining nationwide organization of individuals employed in, associated with or interested in the mining industry. Improving diversity and inclusion in the mining industry by building contacts, education, promote, and advance interests of diverse minorities.
SWE: Society of Women in Engineering is a champion of women engineers providing a voice within the engineering industry.
